Prostatop is a trade name we own. The related design marks and other trademarks on the Website are owned by us. Page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are trademarks or trade dress we own. You may not use any of these trademarks, trade dress, or trade names without our express written permission.
2. Agreements and orders
2.1 By using the Website and making order you agree to be bound by these Terms and authorise us to use personal information inside our company. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, it will only be used to support your relationship with us. We will not give Your personal information to 3rd persons with the exception of online payment services: Maksekeskus AS, Paytrail, Paysera, PayPal. You can read more about our Privicy Policy „here“
2.2 Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us . The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account and than dispatch the goods to you, whichever occurs later, at which time we will send you an e-mail confirming that the contract has been concluded (‘Dispatch Confirmation’). The contract will relate only to those goods or services whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Customer’s information
3.1 If RusmanPharm suspects fraudulent activity by customer RusmanPharm reserves a right to suspend account or payment.
4. Prices, taxes
4.1 All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. All prices are in euros. Postal expenses are shown separately
If your delivery address is within the EU, no additional taxes will be charged to you. If your delivery address is outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card or via your PayPal account. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you.
You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account being used is yours.
5. Shipping
5.1 We ship via regular Postal Service (Estonia: Omniva. Finland: Posti) . Our warehouses are located in Finland (EU) and in Estonia (EU). All packages are sent via tracked mail.
Once your Prostatop product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to track your package.
5.2 Once Your products arrived You will receive the invitation to collect the products. Delivery/“Ready for Pick-up“ invitations differ from country to country and depend on Your home country rules. For all not collected products RusmanPharm can request 25euro as compensation for logistics. In this case You can not apply for cancellation programm.
6. Cancellation
6.1 We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. The buyer pays all returning costs. All returning items must be sealed (unopened) and have original looking. Once your return is received, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Usually it can take up to 3weeks.
6.3 The return of an opened or partially used single bottle will not qualify for a refund.
6.4 You MUST email our Customer Service Department first. You will receive exact information about returning the item in your email. Please include a packing slip or note including your original order number, name, address, and phone number.
Please use the original packaging (if possible) and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
6.5 Buyer is responsible for product’s condition until RusmanPharm will get it.
6.7 RusmanPharm will make complete refund including shipping costs if shipping wasn’t made. If products have already been sent than RusmanPharm will deduct shipping price. RusmanPharm can give a reduced refund if product’s condition not the same as it was before delivery.
6.8 RusmanPharm will make refund as soon as products received and checked. Usually it takes 3 weeks.
8. Products
8.1 All Prostatop products are checked by Finnish border authorities and suitable for use and selling.
8.2 All statements on websites have not been evaluated by Finnish Valvira or EVIRA and are for informational purposes only. They should not be considered as medical advice. 9. Guarantee
9.1 RusmanPharm will compensate returning expenses if returning or cancellation reason was in us.
9.2 RusmanPharm will check all returning products, complaints, disputes for their suitability for refund. Usually we make refund in 30days. RusmanPharm can deny cancellation or return if it is complaint is outside of general buyers protection laws.

11. As a convenience to our customers, the Website may include links to other websites or material that is beyond our control. For your information, we are not responsible for such websites or material nor do we review or endorse them. We will not be liable for the privacy practices or content of such websites nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
12. Force Majeure.
You acknowledge and understand that if the Website is unable to provide the Products as a result of a force majeure event, the Website will not be in breach of any of its obligations towards you under these conditions. A force majeure event means any event beyond the control of the Website. Examples of events: postal strikes, natural disasters, warehouse accidents.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to:
-update these Terms from time to time and you will be notified of any changes via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. 15.1 All disputes and complaints can be resolved with our customer service
15.2 If dispute can not be resolved by customer service buyer can apply to Finnish or Estonian buyer’s Protection Office. You can leave a complaint to EU dispute commission here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Commission will contact us and we will try to work through complaint together.
15.3 In dispute conditions RusmanPharm will obey on decision of commision.
