When you place your order, Prostatop will issue you with a Order Number. Prostatop will do this via the Website and subsequently via your specified email address. Please note that such a Order Number is supplied for reference purposes only and for contacting our customer service.

Shipping

We ship via regular Postal Service (Estonia- Omniva, Finland – Posti). Our warehouses are located in Finland (EU) and in Estonia (EU). All packages are sent via tracked mail.

Sending to Finland or Estonia costs 5€+alv and depending on Your location in other EU countries 5- 8€ +alv.

Once your Prostatop product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to track your package.

Usually delivery takes 3-5 working days to Finland and Estonia. Other EU countries 8-10days.

Once Your products arrived You will receive the invitation to collect the products. Delivery/“Ready for Pick-up“ invitations differ from country to country and depend on Your home country rules

Free shipping

We provide free shipping inside EU and to Russia for orders above 59euros.

Item not collected

For all not collected products RusmanPham can request 25euro as compensation for our labour and office duties. In this case You can not apply for cancellation programm.
