All prices for products are stated on the website. All prices are in euros including VAT. Delivery prices are stated separately.

Delivery prices depend on location of the customer. Delivery price will be shown during the placing of an order.

All information about Prostatop is given on the website. Prostatop website does not sell any other products.

2. Placing an order

2.1. By clicking on “Order Now”, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart..

2.2. Fill in all the information needed for order delivery and choose delivery option.

2.3. The customer agrees with Terms and Conditions and makes payment through online payment system. Before finally paying please check, if the order and delivery address are both correct.

2.4. Prostatop/RusmanPharm will send order and payment confirmation email. The customer will also receive tracking number. If You have not received any emails from Prostatop then please check yyour „spam/junk“ folder, or contact us at info@prostatop.fi .

2.5. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when online paying service run your credit, debit card or PayPal account and we have received money.

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

Credit card or debit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched.

Bank links

Bank link is the widely used online payment method in the Baltics and Scandinavia. Prostatop enables you to pay quickly with Finnish and other EU countries’ bank links.

Payment is processed through secure and EU accepted online payment services outside of -the Prostatop webpage. RusmanPharm and Prostatop will not obtain Your bank or card information.

Paying with PayPal

Signing up for a PayPal account allows you to pay using your bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance (in most cases gift cards are not accepted).

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still complete your purchase with PayPal using “Guest Checkout” option. After clicking “Checkout”, look for the “don’t have a PayPal account?” option on PayPal’s details page, then enter your credit card information. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow Guest Checkout in 100% of cases — sometimes it’s because of your geographic location or past purchases, and other times this is because of incorrect settings in the PayPal account. If you don’t see the option, stress not. You can still complete your purchase by signing up for a PayPal account.
